What's your return or exchange policy?

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns/exchanges on any item, because each item is created on a made-to-order basis.

That being said, we do want you to be happy with your purchase so please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any issues.

What is the cost of shipping & delivery timeline?

We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders. If you need it faster, then simply select a different shipping option at checkout.

All products are made-to order within 10-15 business days from purchase date.

For international orders, it may take up to one month to receive your order.

Please expect a delay in deliveries during holiday seasons, as well as delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Please note we cannot guarantee delivery of the packages by a specific date.

To check on the status of a shipment, please check your account or visit USPS.com; we recommend signing up for delivery alerts. 

Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees; We do not have any control over these, nor can we advise as to what the cost will be, as it varies by country.

For information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Where do you ship to?

We ship domestically and internationally. Please note that we do not currently ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account or by visiting the courier's website (eg Fedex.com, UPS.com, DHL.com, or USPS.com).

Please refer to the email we sent you with the shipping info.

Do you have a warranty or guarantee?

All of our products come with a quality guarantee. If there is an issue with the craftsmanship, please contact us.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

14k YELLOW, WHITE, & ROSE GOLD

14k gold/rose gold is very durable. It will not oxidize or discolor, so you can wear your jewelry everywhere and every day.

  • To maintain the shine, gently clean it with a soft-bristled brush or cloth using warm water and detergent-free soap. *DO NOT use an abrasive cleaner. Ultrasonic cleaners are safe to use.
  • When not being worn, store your jewelry in a dry place that's not exposed to elements.

STERLING SILVER

The silver pieces are made of 92.5% sterling silver, which is durable and made for every day, everywhere.

  • To remove tarnish, buff gently with a silver polishing cloth. Ultrasonic cleaners are also safe to use.
  • When not being worn, store your jewelry in a dry place that's not exposed to elements.

Is the jewelry made from plated materials?

No, all of our pieces are made from sustainable materials and nothing is plated.

What's your view on sustainabilty ?

All of our jewelry is made-to-order with recyled gold and silver. We believe you should not only feel good wearing the pieces you love, but you should also feel good about where they come from.

Can I cancel or update my order?

Any changes to your order would have to be recieved before we start processing it since all of our jewelry is made-to-order.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, absolutely. Please contact us.
